Kent Searight, the company founder and chief developer, built his first FileMaker Pro database solution in 1997 while employed as a cost estimator for a commercial printer in Beaverton, Oregon. What started off as a way of trying to make his job easier by developing custom software that addressed his department's needs, quickly turned into an ongoing fascination with relational database design.

Now, 10 years and numerous custom database solutions later, Kent is a FileMaker 7 & 8 Certified Developer who is continuously pursuing newer techniques and technologies, and applying them to develop databases of the highest standards.
